Artists against Aids 2009

Once again the Theater des Westens in Berlin was completely sold out as we staged the 7th Artists Against Aids Gala on 16th November 2009 to raise money for the Berlin Aids charity Berliner Aids Hilfe (BAH).

Our heartfelt thanks to Sonya Kraus and Dirk Bach, Annett Louisan, Robert Kreis, Klaus Hoffmann, Olli Dittrich and Bastian Pastewka, the pop duo 2raumwohnung, Ambrosia 2men, Oliver Kalkofe, Anton Chelnokov, the cast of the hit musical “The Shoe of Manitu”, Dr. Eckart von Hirschhausen and The BossHoss.

The message that HIV and Aids are still undefeated, still deadly, and still excluding victims from society, was reinforced by con-tributions about living with HIV and Aids, video inserts about the volunteer staff of the BAH, and reports on youth prevention programmes.
